Fish On! We had a pretty good day today on Skiatook with Greg and friends. We didn’t get started til about 9, but we found some reel good size Hybrids on our second stop. Once that died off we went looking but never found another good bite. We would catch one or two on each stop. We finished the day with our 3 angler limit plus some more. Along with some cf, sb, wp and a nice Walleye.
Caught them on down and freelines all on live Shad. 32 to 41 fow. Water temp is around 80degs.

Fish on! Sooner Lake again today for SAUGEYE. Conditions were pretty similar to yesterday but a little faster Fish were biting in 20 to 27 foot of water. So that narrowed it down quite a bit we picked one off here and there may be a double they would bite quick when I come in and that’s it might as well just move stay there and grind never catch another one. Finally hit a spot a ridge that was loaded and that helped a lot and good size Fish too. It was a lot of work but we ended up with 14 line broke off by one of them some of them got off a whole lot of them went back to the lake to grow. Sent a few to heaven. Fish on! I had Douglas and family out today on Skiatook. We had a ok morning. Just could never find the real good group of Hybrids. We ended up having a few more Catfish than Hybrids. Several short of our six angler limit. Caught them on freelines, downlines on cut and live Shad. Water temp was 77degsMay be an image of fishing and boat

Fish On Guide Service 🙂 fishonok.com Sooner Lake today for Saugeye. Today was like the previous trip a couple of weeks ago. We boxed six we caught about a dozen. And they bit good at 10 o’clock which is pretty typical. What’s not typical is the low numbers of Fish and not having the shorts to speak of and picking off one here and there instead of getting them in the groups. I’ll give it a mediocre rating. Worth showing up if you want them and learning but not over the top. White perch were extremely aggressive today just run you out of an area. We did catch a bunch of those and release them into heaven. I’ll rig up for a little bit different tactic for next time and we’ll see if we can get them on Anchor. My clients today opted for no photos. I did get a fairly poor picture of the catch this heat just puts me out a bit that and lack of sleep. Fish were caught in 15 to 20 foot of water nothing in 30 foot. Water temperature was 78°. Absolutely no reason they should not be biting better other than the front and the rain and the whatever is going on right now. We’ll see what happens the next couple of weeks.

Fish On!!! We had another reel good day on Skiatook today with John and family. It started off alittle slow but then reel Lee picked up. The wind kept us from moving around much. We only moved once and that was enough. We ended the day with 30 reel nice Hybrids with biggest being 7lbs. Caught them on live and cut bait, freelines, downlines and lines cast away from boat. Plus 10 catfish. Water temp is 74 degs. We were in 34 to 45fow.
